Our team is made up of programmers with many years experience, business owners who have over 30 years experience of operating IT based businesses and is lead by David Block who worked for IBM for twenty-five years.
The idea of Predictive Accounts resulted with practical models, originally built in Excel, that allowed the user to view financial operations for many months and years ahead, to better operate investment properties and personal finances.
We have worked together to build a simple system that will allows users to not only keep good records of their past finances, but also allow the user to create a view of future finances on a transaction-by-transaction basis, giving a view of accurate cash flow transactions for months and years ahead.
By visually displaying individual future transactions the user can plan in detail how their income and expenses will take place in the future. This allows the user to properly plan future finances in detail so that many surprises can be avoided.
We plan to start with a simple basic system that is easy for users to manage, and to add to this over the future based on input from our users so that we can truly customize the system for the benefit of our users.
